No. iBuyTix is run by iTIX NOW, so just sign in with the same email and password.
How fast do I get my offer?
Usually within the hour during the day. We text and email it, and it’s good for 60 minutes.
How do I send the tickets?
After you accept, transfer them in the Ticketmaster or SeatGeek app to tickets@ibuytix.com, then tap “I’ve sent my tickets”.
When do I get paid?
As soon as the tickets arrive, by Venmo or PayPal, whichever you choose.

What if my tickets don’t transfer?
Send them within 2 hours of accepting, and before the game starts. If tickets are invalid or canceled after we pay, the payment has to be returned. See our Terms.
